First time clients booking online are required to pay-in-full for their first appointment. If you are a first-time client wanting to use a Gift Card as payment, please contact us directly to schedule at 859-359-2003. If you need to reschedule the appointment that you have already paid for (abiding by our 24-hour cancellation policy), please select the “reschedule” option, NOT the “cancel appointment” option as cancelling and booking online again will require a second payment. Refunds for unkept prepaid appointments are not guaranteed. Your credit will remain for future services or Gift Card purchases. Refunds granted could incur a rebooking fee of up to $7.
