PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ONLINE -

• First time clients booking online are required to pay-in-full for their first appointment. If you are a first-time client wanting to use a Gift Card as payment, please contact us directly to schedule at 859-359-2003.

• If you need to reschedule the appointment that you have already paid for (abiding by our 24-hour cancellation policy), select the “reschedule” option, NOT the “cancel appointment” option as cancelling online and booking online again will require a second payment for all first time clients. If you have doubts, call us and we will gladly do this for you to avoid a second payment.

• Refunds are not automatically issued upon cancellation and are not guaranteed for unkept prepaid appointments. Your in-store credit will remain for future services, membership, or gift card purchases. Refunds granted could incur a rebooking fee of up to $7.

• We embrace a No Tipping policy. However, If you still want to offer gratuity to your service provider, please bring them exact cash.

• Membership is available for additional savings. Ask your service provider for details at your upcoming appointment.
