First time clients booking online are required to pay-in-full for their first appointment. If you are a first-time client wanting to use a Gift Card as payment, please contact us directly to schedule at 859.359.2003. If you need to reschedule the appointment that you have already paid for (abiding by our 24-hour cancellation policy), please select the “reschedule” option instead of the “cancel appointment” option as cancelling and booking online again will require a second payment.
